Copyright & DMCA Policy

IPTV Gold respects intellectual property rights and expects its customers to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act and Moroccan Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe content available through IPTV Gold infringes your rights, send a written notice to support@iptvgold.example with the subject "Copyright notice". Please include:

  1. your name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim are infringed;
  3. identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example channel name, programme, date and time, or URL);
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice, act quickly to remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and may contact you if we need more information. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

2. Counter-notices

If material was removed because of a notice and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and your signature. We may forward it to the original complainant.

3. Repeat infringers

We suspend and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

4. False claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages.
