How to set up IPTV on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV

To set up IPTV on an iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, install an IPTV player from the App Store, add a new playlist and enter the Xtream Codes server URL, username and password from your IPTV Gold activation message (or paste your M3U link). Your channels load in the app, and you can AirPlay them to a TV.

- An iPhone or iPad on a recent iOS / iPadOS, or an Apple TV HD or 4K
- Your login details from your IPTV Gold activation message
- Optional: an AirPlay-compatible TV for the big screen

Step by step
Install a player from the App Store
Search for the player we recommend on WhatsApp and tap Get. Check its in-app purchases first: some players charge for extra features.
Add a new playlist
In the player, tap Add playlist (sometimes “+” or “New user”) and choose Xtream Codes. Use M3U only if the player has no Xtream option.
Paste your details
Copy the server URL, username and password from your activation message and paste them rather than typing, to avoid mistakes.
Load channels and pick favourites
Wait for the channel list and guide to load, then open Live TV. Add your regular channels to Favourites if the player supports it.
Watch on your TV (optional)
Start a channel, tap the AirPlay icon and choose your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV.
Your login details, explained
- Xtream Codes login
- A server URL, a username and a password. Most player apps call this “Xtream Codes API” or “Login with Xtream”. It loads live TV, movies, series and the TV guide in one go.
- M3U playlist URL
- One long link that contains your channel list. Use it in players without Xtream Codes support, such as VLC.
- EPG URL
- The TV guide (XMLTV) link. Xtream players load it automatically; with an M3U playlist you may need to paste it separately.
- Portal URL
- Used only by MAG boxes. Send us your box's MAC address on WhatsApp and we link it to your plan.
Your login details are in the activation message we send you on WhatsApp. Keep them private: anyone with them can use your connection, and your plan covers one screen at a time.
What internet speed do I need?
We suggest at least these download speeds for each screen watching at the same time. Test the speed on the device itself.

Tips for a smoother picture
- Streaming uses a lot of data: prefer Wi-Fi over mobile data, especially for HD and 4K.
- Keep the app open while AirPlaying; some players stop the stream when the phone locks.
- On Apple TV, use the same player and login: it remembers your favourites separately.
Troubleshooting
